Tips for Fast Weight Loss
Here are some important tips in order to reach your weight loss goal:
Golden rules:
1.You have to drink at least 2 l of water each day
(this is a must, so try to drink the water even if you have to carry it around you. Don't replace still water with orange juice or mineral
water.
2. Don't eat 4 hours before your bedtime. Not even a bit.
Silver rules:
1.Avoid fat and sweets. If you're in the mood for a piece of chocolate you can have some but you have to stick to one tiny
piece.
2.Don't starve! You can always eat an apple, an
orange or a vegetable. A diet means that you have to take into account only the low calorie food.
3. Eat as more kiwi and grapefruit as you can. Besides being tasteful they stimulate the metabolism.
4. Try to eliminate salt.
When we want to lose weight effectively and at a
reasonably fast pace, we should remember that a low calorie diet or working out are never as effective as when they are combined,
taking into consideration the lifestyle of each person. First of all working out is something that should not be thought of as something
boring and sweaty, but practiced! Walking, dancing and sex are not only good for our figure, but they also boost our self
confidence and overall harmony. So the step we should take before embarking on a weight loss program would be to change our attitude -and change it fast-, towards eating and physical
activities.
The other important thing is to be severe with
ourselves but keep a balance and be patient with the most complex and sophisticated system we will probably work with in our lives,that is our
own body.
